About the Ordering
Procedures for ordering
1. Choose the desired product (color and size) and add the preferred quantity to your shopping cart.
2. Please enter your email address, delivery information, and buyer information (which can be omitted if the same as the delivery address) and ensure that all details are entered correctly.
3. Select a payment method and complete the payment process. Once the payment is completed, your order will be confirmed.
Display Prices and Payment Currency
- The prices of our products are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- This website offers a currency switch function, allowing you to display prices in US Dollars (USD) if needed. However, please note that the prices displayed in USD are approximate and may not necessarily match the actual payment amount due to exchange rates.
- The payment currency for your order is Japanese Yen (JPY). Payments in US Dollars (USD) or any other foreign currency cannot be accepted.
Shipping Fee
- The price of the product does not include international shipping fees. Shipping fees will be added at the time of placing the order.
- Shipping fees vary depending on the destination of delivery.
Customs duty
Product prices do not include customs duties. Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid when the package is delivered.
About the Shipping
- Once your order is confirmed (payment completion), we typically ship it within 1-2 business days.
- Please note that the delivery time may be different depending on the destination area.
About the Order Cancellation
Once the payment transaction is successfully processed (order confirmed), it is not possible to cancel the order.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via the "Contact Us" option on our website's main menu within 7 days of receiving the products. Kindly provide the reason for your return or exchange request when contacting us. Once we receive your request, we will get back to you shortly. Please be advised that, in accordance with our policy outlined below, we reserve the right to accept or decline your request for returns or exchanges.
Cases that cannot be accepted
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the following reasons.
- If more than 8 days have passed since receiving the product.
- If the individual packaging bag (transparent poly bag) of the product has been opened.
- If there is obvious damage to the packaging of the product.
- If the product has been worn.
Defective Products
We strive for the highest level of quality management. However, in the unlikely event that you encounter any issues as described below, we sincerely apologize and kindly request that you contact us via the "Contact Us" option on our website's main menu. In the case of product defects, we will bear the shipping charges for returns or exchanges.
- Manufacturing Defects
If the product has an obvious manufacturing defect before use (damages occurring during shipping are not covered).
- Product Discrepancy
If the product you receive do not match the contents of your order.
Due to customer's convenience
(Example) "No longer needed," "Not satisfied," "Want to change size or color," "Want to exchange for a different product," etc.
If the product is unused and the individual packaging bag (transparent poly bag) is unopened, we will accept returns and exchanges. However, please note that the round-trip shipping charges of the product and any transaction fees for refunds will be borne by the customer.
